IQVIA Inc. in Taguig City, Philippines seeks a detail‑oriented professional to maintain reference files and invoice data. You will research product references online, update databases, and provide timely outputs for reports while coordinating with multiple departments.

Strong analytical and English communication skills are essential. The role requires following procedures, translating paper invoices, and performing QA to ensure accuracy against IQVIA references.

Formación

• Reads and translates paper invoice details accurately.
• Follows established procedures to resolve routine matters.
• Pharmacy/health sciences background preferred.
• Strong customer focus with attention to detail and analysis.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with changing volumes.
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrates high analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains reference files per guidelines.
• Researches and reviews product reference information online.
• Updates and maintains product reference database.
• Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables.
• Reviews all product reference extracts for quality.
• Delivers accurate outputs for reports on time.
• Participates in projects and process improvements.
• Collaborates with other departments and Support teams for data fixes.
• Provides and analyzes query resolutions and inputs.
• Transcribes paper invoice details into Malaysia Paper Panel template.
• Validates transactions against Malaysia master compilation and IQVIA data.
• Performs QA to ensure data reflects actual invoices.
• Escalates issues to Team Lead or Associate Manager.
