Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Sr Reference File Maintainer Associate in Taguig City, Philippines. Under guidance, you will maintain reference files used by IQVIA production and support data quality control processes.

You will perform research from various sources, solicit information from IQVIA departments, validate data accuracy, and update reference files and databases accordingly. This is a full-time position with a focus on data integrity in a pharmaceutical environment.

• Ability to analyze information to resolve routine data issues.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry basics and IQVIA data domains.
• Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform research (internet, sources, calls) to augment IQVIA reference data.
• Solicit information from other IQVIA departments to correct or add data.
• Receive input from IQVIA production processes for reference data improvements.
• Validate data accuracy and recommend changes to existing reference files.
• Update IQVIA reference files and databases.
• Produce files for production and quality control processes and client support.
• Respond to queries on reference data as required.
