Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS with 4 years IQVIA experience.
• Experience with mainframe tools JCL, SAS and IQVIAPACT.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Pharma industry knowledge and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of the master file from internal/external sources; understand impact on stakeholders.
• Resolve file code database exceptions via setup/maintenance.
• Ensure all maintenance conforms to rules and protocols.
• Daily verification of maintenance; apply corrections as needed.
• Make independent decisions following protocols.
• Visually monitor data trends in monthly/quarterly client information.
• Document quality control procedures.
