Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Input Specialist to support daily operations by accurately entering and maintaining transactional and master data across systems.

You will process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, update customer and vendor records, and review source documents to ensure data accuracy. Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, order processing, or other high-volume transactional roles.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or similar business systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and productivity tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow established procedures in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain customer, vendor, item, and other business records.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
• Perform high-volume data entry while meeting accuracy and timeliness requirements.
• Follow established procedures and elevate unclear or missing information.
• Identify and report data discrepancies and system issues.
• Maintain organized digital records and tracking sheets.
• Provide additional administrative and data maintenance support as needed.
