The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following documented processes independently from a remote setup with a stable internet connection.

Qualificações

• Experience in data entry, admin support, or back-office roles.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs with high accuracy.
• Comfort working independently during night shifts.
• Basic skills with spreadsheets and web-based business software.
• Clear written communication for documentation and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor platform integrations and overnight operations.
• Review and respond to operational alerts and outages.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports as required.
• Resolve routine issues per SOPs and reactivate stores when needed.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with team using communication and task tools.
