Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, admin support, back-office ops or operations support.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs with high accuracy.
• Comfort working independently and staying focused on overnight shifts.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, web-based systems and standard business software.
• Clear written communication for documentation and team updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform and delivery-service integrations during overnight hours.
• Review and respond to operational alerts regarding outages or delays.
• Perform accurate data entry, update system records and maintain data consistency.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports as required.
• Follow SOPs to resolve routine issues and reactivate stores; perform simple workflow actions.
• Identify and escalate issues outside guidelines with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams using communication and task management tools.
