Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Input Specialist in the Philippines. You will enter and maintain transactional data, process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, and ensure records are accurate.

This role is remote with a night shift, offering HMO, life insurance, 20 PTO credits, and merit increases. Strong English, Excel/Sheets, and attention to detail are essential. You will work with ERP/WMS systems to support operations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in data entry or high-volume transactional roles.
• Experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy on repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain customer, vendor, item, and other business records.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow established procedures and escalate unclear or missing information.
• Identify data discrepancies and system issues.
