Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Design and Construction Project Manager to lead data center design and construction projects from initiation through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, and multi-million-dollar budgets under the Head of Design and Construction to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with design, construction, finance, and procurement teams, enforce compliance with applicable building codes and environmental standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project planning and initiation for data center design and construction.
• Technical project execution with strict schedule and multi-million-dollar budget control.
• Cross-functional team leadership across design, construction, finance and procurement.
• Quality assurance and compliance with local/international building codes and environmental regs.
• Advanced risk management to mitigate complex technical, financial, and operational risks throughout the lifecycle.
