Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects.

The role emphasizes strict safety culture on site, technical execution, and rigorous control of schedules and budgets to meet quality targets within timelines. Responsibilities include procurement, vendor management, and coordinating diverse teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

Leadership in cross-functional teams and project delivery.
Experience with construction project management methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety culture on construction sites per company standards.
Direct day-to-day construction activities and monitor schedules and budgets.
Oversee procurement, vendor pre-qualification, bids, and contract negotiations.
Lead cross-functional teams including design, PM, testing/commissioning, and operations.
Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and QA benchmarks.
Manage risk, MOP adherence, and change management for high-risk activities.
Coordinate project handover, documentation, and post-project evaluation.
