Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead design and execution of complex data center solutions, managing CPRs, BOMs, and vendor coordination. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, maintain safety standards, and act as the primary client-facing technical representative for large-scale projects.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in pre-sales/solution design for electrical or mechanical systems, with strong data center experience and engineering background, able to mentor junior

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in pre-sales engineering or design/solutioning for electrical or mechanical systems.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Extensive data center experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing leadership to mentor junior engineers and liaise with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Proposal Management and CPR delivery within SLAs.
• Coordinate BOMs with vendors to ensure accurate lead times and costing.
• Represent the customer and present Globe Data Center offerings on-site.
• Ensure technical accuracy and risk identification before implementation.
