Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of data center design, construction, and operational best practices.
• Ability to address and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Strong capabilities in both verbal and written forms to ensure clear information dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall construction project portfolio strategy.
• Direct the execution of multiple concurrent, complex construction projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Project Managers.
• Design, implement, and audit comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) frameworks.
• Develop and manage a strategic, portfolio-level risk register.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
