Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead design and execution of complex data center solutions. You will manage CPRs, oversee cabling, power, and BMS, and provide technical oversight with minimal supervision.

The role requires 4–6+ years in pre-sales or design for electrical/mechanical systems, and strong leadership to mentor engineers and engage vendors and customers. DC space experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in pre-sales engineering or design/solutioning of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Extensive data center experience preferred with independent project execution.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and manage CPR proposals with SLA targets.
• Oversee data center cabling, power, BMS, and cooling systems.
• Coordinate BOMs, vendor lead times, and costing.
• Liaise with Sales, DC teams, and customers for data requests.
• Ensure technical accuracy and risk assessment.
• Handover from Solutioning to Provisioning.
• Audit compliance with DCSP Playbook.
