Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Design and Construction Project Manager to lead data center design and construction projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality and budget targets within defined timelines.

This role reports to the Head of Design and Construction and requires strategic planning, cross‑functional leadership, and rigorous risk and quality management to maintain project integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Planning and Initiation: develop project scopes, detailed resource plans, and objectives for data center design and construction.
• Technical Project Execution and Monitoring: oversee all phases, maintain schedules and multi‑million‑dollar budgets, ensure resources are deployed effectively.
• Cross‑Functional Team Leadership: lead design, construction, finance, and procurement teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance: implement QA programs ensuring compliance with building codes and internal standards.
• Advanced Risk Management and Mitigation: identify and mitigate risks to maintain timelines and project integrity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

PMP certification preferred
