Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence in Manila. The role supports data-driven decision making within Quality & Compliance and Associate Management, focusing on reporting, governance and risk monitoring.

It involves developing BI solutions, maintaining compliance trackers and contributing to process improvements. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across Legal, Finance and operations to ensure regulatory and contractual

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making.
• Experience supporting compliance, governance, audit or risk management activities.
• Knowledge of contract management or contract compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Associate contract templates, ensuring they remain accurate and compliant.
• Develop and maintain reporting and management information for compliance monitoring and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update and implement contract changes.
• Support development and continuous improvement of contract governance processes and controls.
• Monitor contract compliance and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Manage Associate compliance trackers, ensuring information is current.
• Support compliance activities including Right to Work, Data Privacy, COI, Data Deletion and governance requirements.
• Produce regular management information and reporting on contract governance and compliance activities.
• Support audits, governance reviews and regulatory compliance activities.
