Job summary

Copeland in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Product Compliance to manage regulatory data, governance, and privacy program activities.

You will build dashboards, coordinate data remediation, and support the privacy program across Copeland entities, including documentation and audits. The role requires experience in data governance and compliance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule at QC site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality analytics, compliance or audit, business intelligence and reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with numerical aptitude and ability to independently analyze data and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Sigma or similar visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and submission issues
• Maintain records of submitted reports, declarations, supporting documentation, and audit trails
• Lead compliance data audits, evaluate systemic data quality risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve data accuracy and completeness
• Develop audit plans and sampling methodologies
• Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) in OneTrust, schedule and track Privacy Impact Assessments and manage privacy push-downs to all Copeland Legal Entities, ensuring records are complete, current, and audit-ready.
