Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Data & AI Compliance to support a global compliance program. You will align data governance, AI policies, and privacy efforts, working with Legal, Risk, and Security teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a global compliance and ethics/governance function.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management principles, strategies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of and experience monitoring legal and regulatory trends and translating to actionable requirements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders in a remote-capable environment.
• Fluent in English with cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory activities related to data, AI and data privacy.
• Identify requirements and best practices aligned with our programs.
• Draft and maintain Accenture standards reflecting legal, regulatory, and policy needs.
• Translate requirements and policy documents into practical guidance.
• Manage email communications and frequently asked questions to provide timely advice.
• Support client-facing work such as guidance to contracting counsel.
• Document AI systems and solutions, focusing on high-risk ones.
• Advise on data and AI compliance in new services and initiatives.
• Keep abreast of tech trends and deliver guidance for internal audiences.
• Build relationships with legal, risk, information security and business teams.
