Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking a data governance/compliance specialist to manage regulatory data, maintain records, and build OneTrust dashboards. The role requires 4+ years in data governance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI.

The position operates on a hybrid model with mid-shift hours and onsite presence in Quezon City. The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, drive data quality initiatives, and support privacy impact assessments and training efforts across

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality analytics, compliance or audit, business intelligence and reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with numerical aptitude and ability to translate findings into remediation plans
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Sigma or similar visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and submission issues; maintain records and audit trails
• Develop and maintain OneTrust dashboards and privacy compliance status reports
• Design and maintain OneTrust assessment templates (PIA, DPIA, TIA) and schedule Privacy Campaigns
• Manage import of compliance data into systems and drive process improvements
• Support training programs and guidance on completing templates per regulatory requirements
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by manager and stakeholders
