Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing people data sets to identify trends and workforce drivers.
• Building dashboards and visual summaries using Power BI or Tableau.
• Cleaning, validating, and integrating data from multiple sources.
