Pearson, based in Manila, is seeking an Advanced Associate, Compensation to support the Global Compensation Plan team by processing HR transactions in Oracle Fusion and other HR systems. You will handle employee requests, ensure data accuracy, and meet service levels.

This role reports to Specialist, Compensation and works with HR Operations to ensure efficient delivery of HR services while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in HR/Business/Finance.
• Experience with HR transactions, compensation processes, or HR operations is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or HRIS systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process HR and compensation transactions for Pearson employees and stakeholders.
• Update and maintain data in Oracle Fusion and other HR systems.
• Provide administrative support for compensation processes, including validation requests and non-standard processing.
• Support mass or bulk transactions per established procedures and controls.
• Investigate and resolve process, policy, and system questions, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Document all cases and resolutions accurately in the case management system.
• Ensure service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets are met.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and apply country-specific HR requirements.
