Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Product Compliance based in Manila. You will manage regulatory data, governance, and evidence monitoring to ensure privacy and data protection compliance across Copeland entities.

The role requires 4+ years in data governance or compliance, strong Excel, and familiarity with Power BI. It is a hybrid, 3x weekly onsite position with a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM–11:00 PM Manila time).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality analytics, compliance or audit, business intelligence and reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with numerical aptitude and ability to independently analyze data and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Sigma or similar visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and submission issues.
• Maintain records of submitted reports, declarations, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
• Lead compliance data audits, evaluate systemic data quality risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop audit plans and sampling methodologies.
• Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) in OneTrust, schedule and track Privacy Impact Assessments and manage privacy push-downs to all Copeland Legal Entities, ensuring records are complete, current, and audit-ready; update Compliance Compass Materials using the agreed template and procedures; Update Data Privacy SharePoint with useful information for Copeland.
• Build and maintain OneTrust dashboards (ROPA coverage, PIA completion, overdue remediation, vendor risk) and report privacy compliance status to the Data Privacy Team.
• Design regulation-specific templates that capture required compliance information for regulations.
• Create and maintain compliance declarations, templates, and customer response documents.
• Ensure templates are updated based on regulatory changes and business requirements.
• Design and maintain OneTrust assessment templates (PIA, DPIA, TIA, vendor privacy) aligned with applicable data protection laws and update them as regulatory requirements change; schedule and conduct assessments and Privacy Campaigns across the business under the guidance of the Data Privacy Team.
