Job summary

GlobalSign, based in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive software/IT solutions across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on achieving growth targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships within a fast-paced tech environment.

The candidate will manage full sales cycles, leverage Salesforce for lead generation and pipeline management, and collaborate with Marketing and PM teams to refine IAM and IoE offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales.
• 4–7 years in Software/IT sales.
• Experience in Key Account Management.
• Experience handling full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales growth targets by adhering to KPIs and performance goals.
• Identify and target new clients and opportunities via site visits, calls, and prospecting.
• Lead generation and data mining using Salesforce and related tools to drive sales.
• Develop territory and market segmentation strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PM and other teams to provide feedback on programs and products for IAM and IoE roadmap.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain and grow relationships.
• Keep management informed with sales data, plans, and process-improvement suggestions.
• Support Team Leader/Manager in external and internal activities and meetings.
• Comply with company policies and mandatory training.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
