Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Customer Success Manager/Technical Migration Specialist in the Philippines to guide customers off legacy API integrations and onboard them to Engage REST API or the modern messaging platform.

You will use consultative skills and AI tools to troubleshoot, navigate resource constraints, and unlock platform capabilities including RCS and WhatsApp, while coordinating with internal teams to drive successful migrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or related roles within SaaS/Telecom/API environments.
• Experience leading discovery calls and managing technical discussions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive discovery calls with key stakeholders to understand API implementations and timelines.
• Use AI tools to troubleshoot and assist customers with technical solutions.
• Present benefits of modernizing onto Sinch platforms and pricing structures.
• Address objections and provide migration pathways to minimize friction.
• Track migration lifecycles across CRM and project tracking tools to meet milestones.
