Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience (CX) to achieve organizational objectives.
• Provide clear, concise, and efficient customer resolutions.
• Maintain expert usage of the InSinkErator knowledgebase, internal processes, and product line.
• Proactively identify opportunities beneficial to the consumer.
• Utilize Oracle and Google applications to support daily operational tasks.
• Manage shifting operations, including weekends, scheduled days off, and overtime during peak seasons.
