Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig seeks a senior IT leader to head IT operations, policy development, and security. You will guide system upgrades and ensure infrastructure protection while aligning projects with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS and has 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, with ERP/warehouse systems experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive IT experience.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse or production systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Oversee system upgrades and ensure the security of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate user training and support for new systems and technologies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
