Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
1-2 years of call center experience preferred; training may be provided.
Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in computer apps and CRM/ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
Strong English communication; able to work independently.
Willing to work night shifts and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally.
Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and process orders/returns/account updates.
Provide excellent service while maintaining quality and productivity.
