Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead system enhancement projects for productivity and efficiency in card operations. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, manage testing and deployment, and drive issue resolution across test and production environments.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/financial services with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of ASCCEND and LOS systems. UAT and project management skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years work experience in a Banking Industry or Financial Services institution
• Supervisory experience for at least 3 years
• Experience with credit card and loan origination and merchant onboarding
• Experience in handling system parameter maintenance, addressing system issues, and performing UAT activities
• Expertise in ASCCEND and LOS system functionalities, design, and workflow set up
• Experience in project management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and manage system enhancement projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners on test and production issues requiring resolution.
• Ensure complete end-to-end testing prior to production deployment with minimal post-deployment issues.
• Review changes or maintenance in LOS or Ascend parameters and ensure accuracy per requests.
• Monitor and implement post-implementation reviews after production deployment.
