Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an experienced IT Project Director to lead a portfolio of systems development and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and KPIs such as customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, oversee budgeting, and guide cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including leading complex projects.
• Leadership or directorial experience in project teams (3–5+ years preferred).
• Significant domain experience in financial services or payments, with familiarity in cards, payments, loans and related tech.
• Awareness of industry languages and technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, C++, and C#.
• Proficient with multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of IT projects focused on developing, enhancing, and maintaining systems and applications.
• Ensures projects align with business strategy and KPIs, including customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Manages the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects, from initiation to close.
• Develops and manages budgets for the IT project portfolio.
