Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Systems Analyst to develop and maintain banking application systems, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with user and audit specifications.

You will gather user requirements, translate them into designs, develop modules, test thoroughly, coordinate with other units, and evaluate software packages to ensure IT standards and timely implementation.

Experience in Java or .NET and cloud-based platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related IT field.
• At least 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst in banking applications or systems.
• Experience with Java or .NET development and cloud-based platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains banking application systems to meet user/audit specifications and on-time delivery.
• Coordinates with other units for preliminary designs and project proposals following IT standards.
• Evaluates software packages and coordinates with developers to ensure projects meet IT standards and schedules.
