Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead system enhancement projects for productivity and efficiency in card operations. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, manage testing and deployment, and drive issue resolution across test and production environments.

The role requires 5+ years in banking/financial services with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of ASCCEND and LOS systems. UAT and project management skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years work experience in a Banking Industry or Financial Services institution
• Supervisory experience for at least 3 years
• Experience with credit card and loan origination and merchant onboarding
• Experience in handling system parameter maintenance, addressing system issues, and performing UAT activities
• Expertise in ASCCEND and LOS system functionalities, design, and workflow set up
• Experience in project management is an advantage

• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners on the test and production related issues that need immediate resolution.

• Ensures complete end-to-end testing prior production deployment of the projects with minimal or no issues after production deployment.

• Reviews changes or maintenance done in LOS or Asccend parameters and ensures accuracy based on the details in the request.

• Monitors and implements a post implementation review after production deployment.

Job Requirements
