RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize information technology projects related to developing, enhancing, and maintaining systems and applications. You will adhere to established project management methodologies and manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
The role requires 3-5+ years of progressive IT project management experience, with domain expertise in financial services/payments and strong vendor/stakeholder management skills.
Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing specific information technology projects related to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications.
Adherence to established project management methodologies, policies, standards and procedures.
Develops detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT projects.
Executes project activities, monitor progress, and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery.
Tracks project budget and manage expenditures to stay within allocated funds.
Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Oversees testing phases (e.g., system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet requirements and are defect‑free.
Ensures all project activities and deliverables comply with relevant RCBC and RBSC policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive IT Project Management Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, including successfully leading complex projects.
Domain Expertise: Significant experience working within the financial services or payments industry, with a strong understanding of cards, payments, loans and associated technologies.
Portfolio Management Experience: Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with external vendors and diverse internal stakeholders.
Experience with Methodologies: Practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
