Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee highly complex, mission-critical projects in support of business initiatives. You will manage multiple projects and teams, develop cost-efficient processes, and drive adherence to standards and compliance across the organization.

The role requires substantial experience in banking operations, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based platforms, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in application systems design, analysis, development and maintenance on mainframe/midrange/microcomputer systems.
• Experience in banking operations.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud-based Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages more than one complex or high-risk projects and project teams concurrently.
• Develops and manages processes to ensure plans meet business requirements cost efficiently and within targets.
• Manages project teams, defines roles, sets objectives, coaches and evaluates performance.
• Reviews plans and progress of work groups to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Raises and resolves project issues; keeps team informed of overall status.
• Coordinates business requirements with users to assess feasibility and time/effort.
• Directs analysis and provides design advice to satisfy requirements.
• Performs project reviews to ensure quality systems development and adherence to standards and MLPP compliance laws.
