Bachelor’s degree (4-year or 5-year course) preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the credit card industry.
Significant background in risk management within the credit card domain.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSP, BIR, Republic Acts).

Responsibilities

Lead the operational risk function by ensuring the timely and accurate identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across the organization.
Prepare and submit accurate, complete, and timely risk reports including RCSA, Loss Events, KRIs, and Issues/Actions using the Operational Risk Management System (ORMS).
Formulate policies, guidelines, and procedures to implement the risk framework across RCBC Bankard Services Corporation, alongside designing effective control test plans.
Establish systems to identify, track, report, escalates and resolve issues.
Perform risk assessment, evaluation of implications and impact, and action items.
