Grace Global Business Services (GBS) in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Sr Analyst, Credit Risk and Reporting to guide global credit activities and deliver analytics that drive informed decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to balance risk with growth and ensure accurate reporting.

The role combines credit risk management with advanced data analysis, using SAP, SAC, Celonis, and Moody’s data to support policy development and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 3–6 years in credit risk management and financial reporting, global/shared services preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Credit risk management: assess new customers and perform periodic risk reviews; adjust credit limits as needed.
• Monitor blocked orders daily and ensure decisions are documented and escalated.
• Analyze customer financial data and use Moody’s data to assess creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with Sales to balance risk with growth; support credit decisions.
• Develop and maintain global credit policy and internal scoring models.
• Identify risks and strengthen internal controls for credit risk management.
• Monitor exposures and escalate high-risk accounts for resolution.
• Support global implementation and improvement of credit risk practices.
