Job summary

The Sr Analyst, Credit Risk and Reporting at Grace Global Business Services in Manila supports the global credit lead by managing credit risk activities and delivering reporting and analytics to drive informed decision-making.

This role combines credit risk management with data analysis, collaborating with Sales and finance to balance risk and growth, while developing internal scoring models and global policy in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in credit risk management and financial reporting, preferably in a global shared services or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies, credit scoring models, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Celonis, and Moody’s credit data is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and with senior management.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and thorough credit assessments for new customers and periodic risk assessments of existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate blocked orders daily, ensuring credit decisions are appropriately made.
• Analyze customer financial data and Moody’s reports to assess creditworthiness and identify risks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and commercial teams to balance risk with growth.
• Support development of global credit policy and internal scoring models.
• Identify process risks and recommend internal controls to strengthen risk management.
• Monitor credit exposures and escalate high-risk accounts for resolution.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of credit risk practices globally.
• Generate, review, and distribute reports related to credit risk, collections, AR, and KPIs using SAP, SAC, Celonis.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in credit data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Provide actionable insights to improve credit risk and collections processes.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from global leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and tools for visibility into risk and collection performance.
