Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila is seeking a Credit Risk & Reporting Lead to oversee global credit evaluation, risk analytics, and policy enforcement, partnering with Sales, Finance, and other business partners to support growth while maintaining risk discipline.

This role leads a team of credit analysts in a hybrid setup (RTO Mon, Wed, Thu) with a 5 pm–2 am shift, driving governance, dashboards, and data-driven reporting using SAP, SAC, Celonis, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in credit risk management, financial analysis, or credit operations; 3+ in leadership.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, methodologies, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of credit analysts to align with risk governance and business goals.
• Support the Credit & Collections Manager in setting expectations and coaching.
• Drive policy enforcement, process standardization, and regional alignment.
• Contribute to site initiatives and build a culture of excellence and transparency.
• Develop and deliver timely credit risk reports and dashboards across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, and Finance to balance growth and risk.
