Job summary

Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila is seeking a Credit Risk & Reporting Lead to oversee global credit evaluation and risk analytics. You will lead a team of credit professionals, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and operations, and drive policy enforcement across regions.

The role focuses on data-driven reporting using SAP, SAC, Celonis, and Excel, enabling informed credit decisions and timely governance across Grace's global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in credit risk management or related areas.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, policy, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with ERP and analytics platforms (SAP/SAC/Celonis) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global credit evaluation processes and risk analytics.
• Lead a team of credit analysts and collaborate with Sales and Finance.
• Set performance expectations and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Enforce global credit policies and internal controls across regions.
• Review new customer credit applications and assess risk based on financials.
• Manage credit limits and terms for accounts; monitor periodic reviews.
• Own creation and delivery of credit risk reports and dashboards.
