Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Corporate Travel & GDS (Sabre) experience in EMEA point of sale.
• Proven ability to coordinate and fulfill travel bookings in line with client preferences and firm standards.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize travel management technology tools to optimize the travel process.
• Conflict management and customer relationship management to de-escalate issues.
• Analytical thinking to organize and evaluate travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fulfill travel bookings for clients, ensuring all details align with client preferences and company standards.
• Utilize travel management technology tools to optimize the travel process, from initial booking to final itinerary confirmation.
• Identify and promptly resolve complex travel-related issues, leveraging conflict management and CRM skills to de-escalate.
• Analyze travel logistics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to new solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, negotiating to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Communicate effectively with high profile and VIP clients.
