• Proven ability to coordinate and fulfill travel bookings in line with client preferences and firm standards.
• Ability to utilize travel management technology tools to optimize the travel process.
• Demonstrated conflict management and CRM to promptly resolve issues and maintain client/vendor relationships.
• Develop analytical thinking to organize and evaluate travel logistics and client feedback.
• Understand customer experience across the entire journey and how it affects brand perception.
