Job summary

Funmania Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Taguig to drive corporate catering sales and manage client relationships.

You will conduct regular face-to-face visits, source new business through various channels, and achieve sales quotas while coordinating with operations and culinary teams for flawless events. The role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Events, Catering, or Hospitality industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients/events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Face to Face Sales Visits 3x a week.
• Source business for Corporate Accounts via Sales Visit, Email Blast, Cold Calling, Viber Blast etc
• Achieve Sales Quota and convert catering business from the market segment assigned.
• Participate in the implementation of sales programs and events (weddings, fairs, tastings, parties).
• Assist in creating catering packages for onsite and outside catering.
• Support Operations and Culinary teams in event planning and execution; coordinate with clients.
• Grow relationships with bookers and event organizers to generate incremental revenue.
• Handle inquiries and respond to correspondences within the day.
• Grow client database – Corporate Accounts.
• Ensure delivery of professional service to all clients at all times.
• Obtain and report competitive market intelligence.
• Submit weekly performance reports.
• Provide management with client insights and competitor activity.
