Job summary

Funmania Inc. is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive corporate catering revenue in the Taguig area. You will visit clients, source new business, and coordinate with operations during events to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales/events, strong negotiation and closing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and social media. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Events, Catering, or Hospitality industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients/events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Face to Face Sales Visits 3x a week.
• Source business for Corporate Accounts via Sales Visit, Email Blast, Cold Calling, Viber Blast, etc.
• Achieve Sales Quota and aggressively convert catering business from the assigned market.
• Participate in the implementation of sales programs and activities (sales blitzes, wedding tastings, bridal fairs, luncheons).
• Assist in creation of catering packages for onsite and outsider catering based on market info.
• Support Operations and Culinary teams during events; coordinate with clients.
• Grow relationships with bookers and event organizers to generate incremental revenue within the year.
• Handle inquiries; respond to all correspondences within the day.
• Grow client database – Corporate Accounts.
• Ensure professional service delivery to all clients.
• Obtain and report competitive market information for intelligence.
• Submit weekly performance reports every Saturday.
• Provide management with client insights and competitor activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
