Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for support, corporate, and leadership roles in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will partner with Operations and HR to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions. Hybrid mid-shift schedule and collaboration with business leaders are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience handling support/leadership roles in a BPO environment.
• Experience recruiting non-agent/support roles and supervisory/leadership positions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for support, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity and timelines.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate endorsements and movement through the process.
• Manage offers and onboarding support.
