Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for support, corporate, and leadership roles in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role partners with Operations, HR, and leaders to meet hiring requirements and build strong sourcing strategies.

You will identify high-caliber talent, manage timelines, and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions while leveraging ATS and modern recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience in a BPO.
• Experience recruiting non-agent/support roles and leadership positions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for support, corporate, and leadership roles.
