• Experience with multinational or cross-cultural teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft master services, outsourcing, SOWs, SLAs, and data transfer agreements.
• Draft letters, term sheets, letters of intent and approval papers as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to structure, negotiate and close deals.
• Advise on legal and commercial risks and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper notarization, filing and archiving of agreements.
• Engage with regulators and external counsel as required.
