Job summary

Vena Group in the Philippines seeks a Construction Compliance Senior Associate to ensure full regulatory compliance for renewable energy projects with DOE, ERC, BOI and BOC. You will lead regulatory filings, permits, and incentives applications, and monitor compliance to support project development, construction, and operations.

You will coordinate with regulators and internal teams, monitor changes in laws, and prepare reports on status and risks to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in power plant operations or readiness role.
• 3–5 years in regulatory compliance or government relations.
• Proven experience with DOE, ERC, BOI or BOC preferred.
• Experience in energy/renewable sector desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOE compliance for projects and filings.
• Prepare and monitor DOE COE/COR and RESC amendments.
• Coordinate with DOE on approvals and extensions.
• Lead ERC applications, licenses, and tariff filings.
• Track ERC rules, resolutions, and open access regulations.
• Coordinate with legal and technical teams on hearings and submissions.
• Lead BOI registration and incentives management.
• Oversee BOC importation compliance and exemptions.
• Develop regulatory framework and calendar for projects.
• Prepare management reports on status and risks.
