Job summary

Vena Energy (Philippines) is seeking a Construction Compliance Senior Associate to safeguard compliance of renewable energy projects with DOE, ERC, BOI, and BOC regulations. The role leads filings, permits, incentives, and ongoing compliance across development, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulators, legal and technical teams, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance calendar to manage timelines and reporting across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in power plant operations, maintenance, or commissioning with leadership readiness.
• 3–5 years in regulatory compliance, government relations, or legal/regulatory roles; DOE/ERC/BOI/BOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance of projects with DOE, ERC, BOI and BOC requirements.
• Lead regulatory filings, permits, incentives applications, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams across project phases.
• Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance framework and calendar.
