Travel + Leisure Co. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Compliance Administrator and Governance Specialist to oversee compliance obligations, governance activities, and regulatory reporting across regions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and global governance teams to ensure accurate disclosures and robust controls. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in compliance, governance, or audit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance, governance, legal, or audit roles.
• Legal or audit qualifications preferred.
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer compliance obligations, registers, and frameworks.
• Review product disclosures and marketing materials for accuracy.
• Monitor incidents, breaches, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Compile quarterly compliance reports and support audits.
• Assist with AML/CTF, Privacy, and ACL compliance programs.
• Support board meetings and company secretarial duties.
