Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, dedicated to putting the world on vacation. We seek a Compliance Officer to support APAC governance, regulatory registers, and risk management.

You will review disclosures and documents, assist with board activities, and help ensure regulatory compliance across the region. Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance, risk, audit, or related functions.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance obligations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and proven document review/proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, monitoring, and improvement of compliance obligations across APAC.
• Assist with company secretarial functions, board coordination, and governance records.
• Monitor incidents, breaches, and regulatory obligations; maintain regulatory registers.
• Review product disclosures, marketing materials, and governing documents for accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits and quarterly compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Resort Operations, and external providers to ensure compliant outcomes.
