Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support Asia Pacific governance, risk management, and regulatory obligations across the region.

You will help oversee compliance programs, maintain registers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory conformity. You will also assist with board meeting coordination, records management, and preparation of governance materials, while partnering with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Resort

Qualifications

• Previous experience in compliance, governance, legal, risk, audit, or related functions.
• Experience within financial services, legal, corporate governance, or regulated industries will be highly regarded.
• Paralegal, compliance, audit, or related qualifications preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer compliance obligations, registers, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Review product disclosures, marketing materials, and governing documents for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor, assess, and report compliance incidents, breaches, and regulatory matters.
• Maintain Privacy, Financial Services Licence, and Credit Licence regulatory registers.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports and support internal and external audit activities.
• Assist with updates and disclosures of constitutions, guidelines, regulations, and other governing documents.
• Support compliance programs including AML/CTF, Privacy, and Australian Consumer Law requirements.
• Coordinate board meetings, maintain company records, and prepare board and committee minutes.
• Manage property and club registers while liaising with custodians, trustees, and service providers.
• Assist with company secretarial administration and governance activities.
