Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist in the Philippines to ensure adherence to laws, permits, licenses and regulatory reporting. You will monitor regulatory changes, file tax and regulatory reports, and coordinate with agencies and external counsel to support compliance controls.

The role requires a CPA-preferring degree, 3+ years in regulatory / corporate compliance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (BIR, PEZA, SEC).
• Familiarity with corporate governance, taxation, and government reportorial requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely regulatory and reportorial compliance for the company.
• Monitor changes in law and regulations from BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOC, LGUs.
• Prepare and file tax returns, GIS, AFS, and related documents.
• Coordinate with government bodies and external consultants during audits.
• Maintain compliance documentation and risk trackers.
