Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to enhance governance across the Asia Pacific region. You will administer compliance programs, monitor regulatory obligations, and assist with audits and reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of laws, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations. The position emphasizes integrity, regulatory adherence, and process improvements while supporting company secretarial activities and

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance, legal, risk, audit, or related functions.
• Experience in financial services, legal, corporate governance, or regulated industries is highly regarded.
• Paralegal, compliance, or audit qualifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Administer compliance obligations, registers, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Review product disclosures and governing documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor incidents, breaches, and regulatory matters and report findings.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports and support audits.
• Coordinate board meetings, records, and statutory disclosures.
• Support AML/CTF, Privacy, and consumer law compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and regional teams to ensure compliant outcomes.
